Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat wants budget for land purchase in Jakarta to be used maximally thus it could push 2015 City Budget (APBD) Absorption faster.

"Even for purchasing land, they are reluctant or afraid," said Djarot, Tuesday (8/25). 

According to him, budget for land purchase is Rp 6 trillion, but it was only used a little. "We already provide almost Rp 6 trillion, but it's used only a percent. What's going on?,” he expressed. 

He told, the low of 2015 APBD was discussed in the regional executive meeting along with President Joko 'Jokowi' Widodo, in Istana Bogor, last Monday (8/24). "The fact is the budget absorption is still quite low. It's still 19.4 percent and the inequality expenses is not high instantly compared when expending directly. 

To anticipate it, the government will also coordinate with law enforcement apparatus to unite perception in accelerating budget absorption. "It will be coordinated," he disclosed.
